Hi I'm Chris Thompson son of Robert Arthur Thompson born 1930. I'm lookin for Thompson's in the Kippax Garforth area east of Leeds. I have some names and dates as below so if any seem to fit anywhere or you can assist then please let me know. Joseph Thompson 1906 - 1976 (born in the USA on the Origan Trail). He was a miner in/around Swillington, Leeds. Father of Robert (my dad) and Lilly (1934-2002), husband of Ida Turnpenny. Robert Thompson 188?-19?? father to Joseph, husband of Isabella Bell. Then his mother is thought to be Alice Thompson who was married to a Charles Holliday. Any one out their see a link ??? Thanks Chris |
