I am looking for members of my grandfather's family John Henry Hughes. Born 1899 in North Wales. He married Jemima Paterson Broadhurst in 1920. They had three girls and a boy The boy Jack died after a road accident when he was young. There were three daughters Sadie Joyce Edith I do't know if he had any brothers but I believe he had a sister called Florence. They lived in Bootle in Oreagon street in 1920 and Southport Road Bootle till 1971 when he died. He was a plasterer during WW2 working on the IOM but was in the services ...Guards I think during the first WW. Anyone also any relative of members from Sunny sides estates 1936 looks like it could have bee a building works outing. Please contact if you can help. J. David |
