Member Since: December 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Any info on Victor Parker who was born in 1896 and married a young lady called Rosemary? Victor recieved the OBE for his services to the Red Cross. Victor's father was Clement Parker who did well in barge races and won a cup, Where is the Cup please?
