HI, I am looking to track down the Gilbody/Hill side of the family. My Grandmother was known as Annie (Hannah Hill) and was the eldest of 8, her siblings were named Lillian, Edna, George, William, Elizabeth (Betty, James (Jim) Leslie and Thomas. Her grandfather was known as Thomas Patrick O'Burns and was thought to be from Co.Sligo. All were born in the Sale area of Manchester from 1910. she married Joseph Gilbody who had a brother and a sister named Elsie. The brothers were boxers and his father owned a Bike Shop. I would love to get in touch with anyone who has further info about either side of the family. Thanks Heather-Anne |
