My Name is Kenneth Johnson, I am trying to trace my family history. My father William Snowdon Johnson his Brother George and their father Thomas Johnson were all from the North Shields Area. Thomas was married to Sussana who had been previously married, her married surname had been Henton, I dont know her maiden name. The family came down to Yorkshire to work at Hatfield Colliery. Thomas was born in 1888 and died in Doncaster on 31 March 1965. Susanna was born in 1890 and died a few days later on 5th April 1965. My Father died in April 1979. If there is anyone from the North Shield area who feels they may be conected please notify me. |
