I'am looking for information on the stanley family from Portsmouth My great-great grandad was a well know bare knuckle boxer he was know as 'digger stanley'. I also would like some info on my nan violet Parker nee Stanley(1919), her family were gypsys in potsmouth i think! She went on to marry my grandad william John parker (1920)he was from portsmouth too and if any one has info on him i would be really grateful! They went on to have 4 sons Tony, Michael, Robert my dad John and two daughters Maxine and June If any one can give me any information at all i would be very chuffed thank you |
