THE ADDRESS IS 29 THE QUADRANT, SEDGLEY, DUDLEY, WEST MIDLANDS, DY3 1PP. ALL I KNOW IS THAT THE ELDERLY LADY WAS NAMED HILARY. SHE IS SUPPOSED TO HAUNT THE PROPERTY. I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANYTHING BUT THE LAST OWNERS DID. THINGS GOT QUITE NASTY. IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE CONTACT ME. MAYBE YOU NOW A WEBSITE I CAN GO ON TO TRY AND FIND ELECTORAL ROLL FOR ABOUT 1940S. MANY THANKS RHONDA
