As I noted on the Buchanan thread - I didn't realize they would all end up on the same board....when I originally entered them, they were all located on their own 'name board'. Should all be gone now except for the ones that had replies.

Hello Margaret,

My goodness, what a lot of threads! As Jonesey has already advised you on one, and as those of us who use these boards on a daily basis would say, the best way to find living relatives of the above people is to put their names and details into the Search Trees box above.


I have had a quick look and you seem very fortunate in that most of the names you are researching have contacts on this site. If you have been in touch with them all, there is not much you can do except to keep checking.


It is highly unlikely that a living relative will just spot all your threads on here unless they are specifically looking for them or come across them on Google.

Charlotte FAITHFULL (c1813 Kintbury, Berkshire) married John DARLISON (c1810 Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland). His parents were John and Ann DARLISON.

John and Charlotte’s children were Mary Ann Eliza, John, Elizabeth, Thomas, Jonas Faithfull, Charlotte, Ann, Richard Jonas, Jane and Julia.

Their son John (c1835 Battersea) married Rachel DYE in Hackney April 3, 1863. Rachel was born May 8, 1838 - parents George DYE and Sarah KING. George and Sarah also had Mary and Susan.

Children of John and Sarah were Laura Rachel, John Corkran, Susan Amy, Nellie, Edith, Ernest and Percy.

Their son Percy (October 15, 1875 Middlesex) married Gertrude Ada WESTON in Leicester March 17, 1904. Gertrude was born December 22, 1877 in Leicester. Her parents were Frank WESTON and Clara Ann GILBERT.

Percy and Gertrude’s children were John Gilbert, Arthur Percy and Edward George.
