Sophia Jennings married James William Pearson in the March quarter of 1899 in Grimsby Vol. 7a Page.910 According to 1901 census her birthplace was Great Hale, Lincolnshire and her age was 51 [1850]. Living at 19, Black Jack Road, Swineshead, Lincolnshire James W Pearson 51 Stockman on farm Kirton Sophia 51 Great Hale Charles 20 Ordinary Ag. Labourer Kirton Annie 18 Henry 15 Emma 12 Daisy G/Daug 11 mths 1891 census Sophia Jennings b. Louth, Lincolnshire but age doesn't add up 16, Thirwills Lane????? Village, Waltham Thomas Jennings 56 Farm Labourer Waltham Sophia 30 Louth Charles Parker 10 Caister Thomas Parker 7 Caister Maria B Jennings 4 Waltham Frances E 3 Harry M 11 mths [cont 2nd message]
