Hi there. Can anyone help me I am trying to trace my Mum's uncle Leslie Robinson who emigrated to Canada. My mum remembers going to the shop he used to run when she was little and that he was married to someone called Clarise. She only knew that he had emigrated when her Aunt Irene told her. Her mother Mary never spoke about her family so we dont know anymore about him except that his father was Frederick and they lived in Hull. I believe that he had 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Frank, Ron, Harold, Mary, Irene Maud ( who used to visit him in Canada ) Emmeline and Grace. My Grandmother Mary was born 18th August 1911 and Aunt Irene was born in september 1918 that is all I know for sure. Thanks in anticipation Carol. |
