I am looking for connections;William Cecil Evans, b; 10th Dec, 1881 m FlorenceShaw in England somewhere. William and Florence emigrated to New Zealand in the 1920 s with sons Jack, Arthur, Norman, and daughter Dorothy. William was an engineer and tool maker with NZ Railways and I understand he was involved in shipyards work as a marine engine fitter, in Wallsend on Tyne. & lived 56 Leslie St Williams sisters had a little shop, with Evans above the door, not sure where this was I understand they never married. My father Norman was the youngest and born in 1917 in Wallsend on Tyne. His siblings born in another county. I am hoping that Williams father had brothers or sisters and their descendants are the ones I would like to find....... As there are only daughters and the only remaining Evans son has not married this is the end of our Evans name in line.
