I was given the name MICHAEL BOUCH by my biological mother named as SHEILA ELIZABETH ANNE BOUCH on my birth certificate. There is no mention of my natural father. She lived in HEATON, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE in the early 1960's and worked as a printer's apprentice. However, on the back of my birth certificate, signed in December 1963, her name is stated as being **SHEILA ELIZABETH ANNE ANDERSON.** It would appear that she had relocated to LEICESTER 7 months after I was born. I was born in Carlisle, Cumbria in May 1963. I would be grateful if anyone with any information could contact me Thank you. |
