help i have hit a brick wall trying to find out about my dads g-parents they were alfred baker x mary kenny i know about there children but not there families as far as i know alfred baker was b.1885 in east london x mary kenny was b1886 in ireland it was one or two of these places cork or the village of tipperery i think she had a sister name unknown but her married name might be murphy think she lived in wapping unsure of thisat the moment .Alfred x mary,s children were alfred baker b.1907 married to louis thomas1909 both from the east end of london, george baker1911 married betty unknown 1920 east london,robert baker1918 married unknown 1926,florence baker not married but had a son father unknown,mary ann baker ,b,1922 my nan married james thomas b, 1919 these all come from east end of london,william baker ,b 1924married to a rose unknown 1916. from what i know there father left when they were kids and moved up to the north of england he owned a string of greengrociers may have had another family up there as well if any one can help thankyou,glyn thomas |
