HI MY DAUGHTER, GEMMA BROWN BORN IN LEICESTER IN 1979, IS TRYING TO LOCAT HER HALF BROTHER WHO SHE HAS NEVER NET. HIS NAME IS SCOTT AND WE THINK HE IS ABOUT 10 YEARS OLDER THAN HER AND LIVES IN THE LONDON AREA. WE NOW HE WAS IN THE ARMY ALSO. SHE IS ALSO TRYING TO LOCATE HER HALF SISTER CALLED KATIE WHO WE THINK LIVES IN IRELAND AND IS ABOUT 7 YEARS YOUNGER. THE FATHER OF ALL THREE IS CALLED NOEL BROWN (ALSO KNOWN AS DOUGIE) WHO WAS BORN IN 1948 (WE THINK). IF ANYONE CAN HELP US LOCATE EITHER OF THEM OR HAS ANY INFORMATION, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. MANY THANKS
