Member Since: January 2006 Posts: 22 Send Message	BELL Frank Harper Bell was born in Kyneton, Victoria, Australia in 1860, eldest child of William Ross Bell and Mary Dawson Bell (formerly Morrison, born Harper). Frank is known to have been living in the UK near London with his wife, known as Sis, and daughter, Silvia in 1908. He is thought to have later lived in NSW, Australia: does anyone know anything more about him? Thanks, Patricia.
