Member Since: February 2007 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am trying to find any information on my grandmother Alice Maud Wood she was born in 1881 into a farming family in Buckhurst Hill Essex the 1901 census places her in Bethnal Green working as a pub manageress she was living with Edward White [my grandfather] they had a 1yr olde son listed as Edward Wood.She remained in the pub trade until they retired to Thundersley Essex She died in 1950 in Chingford E4.Apart from their son edward they had 3 daughters Cissie Eva and Hilda known as Narnie
