I have a large number of Carters in Lincolnshire in my tree, dating back to about 1800

and I have the same name as you.....spooky.

I'm looking for History of the Carters in the Areas of Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire border, especially, Muskham, Collingham, Winthorpe, Blidworth.
