Hi I'm looking for any PARKERS born in the Islington London area around the 1874-1897 who could possibly belong on my family tree.My grandfathers name was Joseph and his wifes name was Harriet Alice nee Rueggen. They were born 1855 and 1856.Their first son Joseph was born 1874 the first of ten children, the last of which was my father Lewis Thomas 1897. If anyone has any information that may help please get in touch .All other avenues have been explored. They were all born in London area. Thanks.

Hello Joyce,
Did you have an Uncle Thomas Edward, who was a baker? He was my grand father. I have his name and that of his wife on my mum and dad's marriage certificate (she was Lilian Ada). The marriage was registered in Hackney in January 1940 so my grandfather would have been born in the 1890s (dad was 21 at the tiime of his marriage).Unfortunately after my dad was killed in WW2 mum lost contact with her in-laws so I know very little more about them. I've been trying to find more about them but am struggling.
I we both on the same trail?
Best wishes,
Frank Parker.
