I'm looking for information on the Davis family whose head was my maternal Great Grandfather Joshua Henry Davis. He died in Oct 1903 as a consequence of being accidentally run over by the farm cart he was driving. According to the Gloucester Journal his age was given at the coroner's inquest by his wife Elizabeth as 42 which would make his year of birth 1851.It was also stated that he was a carter or farm labourer of Oakle or Ockle Green, Newent, Glos. He had three daughters, Nancy Elizabeth, born March 1881, who became my Grandmother Nancy Allen and who died in 1981 aged 100. Her two sisters were known as Trix and Florrie. Their ages I do not know. Is there anyone out there who can help. Ernie
