I am searching, without any luck so far, for any info of my fathers family, he was John James Davis, born 1878, exact place not known, maybe Wales or Birmingham, was married to Fanny Elizabeth Stoddard, they had three boys and one girl, their names were: Raymond Hector, John Reginald, Edward Gordon and the girl was Lily. My father later married Elizabeth(Smith)Harrop, and there was 19 of us, the first baby girl (Irene) died whislt a baby, we were 10 boys and 4 living girls, we lived in Sheffield South Yorkshire. I believe my father and a brother made Furniture in B'ham, he had sisters Violet,May, and Clara as far as I know, he also had brothers George, Archie, could be others, I don't know. I now live in Australia |
