Hello all Parkers in NSW Australia. I am Searching for information about two of my grandfathers brothers, who went to live in Australia. 1st is Ernest Edward Parker, born 22 Nov 1906 in Congleton, Cheshire, England. He left England we think, on the RMS Ormonde, and his first address was Orchard Hills, Penrith, NSW. He enlisted in the Australian Army on 22 Nov 1940 at Paddington, Wedderburn, service no NX14531, and was discharged 1 Dec 1945 with rank of Gunner in 2/6 Field Regiment. The 2nd brother is Joseph Parker, born 1898 in Buglawton, Cheshire, England, and he travelled on the maiden voyage of RMS Oronsay 1925, with his first address ? farm, Wedderburn, via Cambeltown, NSW. I have found a death registration no 33238/1969, district Camden, of a Joseph Parker aged 71, and wonder if this my relative? Would be most grateful if anyone could help me.
