I am trying to find information about florence kathleen jackson who died in 1919/1920 aged approx 32 in hunslet. I have on the certificate john william lawrence as her widower but i cannot find her marriage to him. I have him down as the father of two boys who died in 1917 and all i know is that her family didnt approve of him and i am wondering if she just took his name and they didnt really get married is that possible ? My grandmother was born 1914/1915 and registered in wakefield and one of her names is watson (helena frances watson lawrence) which is also on the two boys certificates so watson is a clue. can anyone help? annette |
