james brown 30/01/2006 for years along with other members of my family we have tried to find members of my fathers family,or anyone who knows of his family. his name is william henry blinston brown born on 19/10/1894 at panticroft manchester. his father william lived at 95 shakespeare cresent patricroft,his mather betsy lived at 1 princess street patricroft my dad bill joined the marines in april 1911 discharged june 1922 he survived various battles including jutland zeebrugge where he participated in the ballot for the award of the victoria cross. along with my sister and four brothers we will be most gratefull to anyone with any information Thank You James Brown |
