Hi! I'm researching the WRIGHT FAMILY, who came from the Birmingham area. G/dad was JOSEPH WILLIAM, Nan was EMMAor EMILY JEMIMA they had 7 children: William Joseph, Leonard, Albert Frank (known as Frank), Floss, Frances May, Hilda (died in infancy), & my Mum Gertrude Kathleen(the youngest b 1923 m Ernest Naish). G/dad was a coal merchant & haulage contractor, a well known figure in the local Birmingham area. Mum used to work at Lewis' Department Store in or near the 'Bull Ring'. Sadly only Mum & Aunty Frances are left now Mum is 82 & frances is 89, both are very ill, Mum was just diagnosed with terminal cancer, Frances has Alzheimers and just had a stroke.
