Hi I am Louise Brown living in Australia, I am trying to find info on my great grandfather who came from I think Devon, he married Alice Maud Searle in Axminister 1888. He was a caretaker for the Peeks Estate (biscuit makers). in Devon. They had two children Ellen Maud my maternal grandmother, and Frank. Ellen married Dudley Jefferis. They migrated to Australia in 1912 with son Roger. Frank, Ellens bother also came at some time. Alice Searle also came to Australia, but died 1930.Her parents were Federick and Alice Seale. Maybe Samuel John was born Dec 1859 in Exeter not sure. Anyone know any information or think they are linked I would much appreciate info.Just reply on this message board Thanks Louise |
