Daphne Bloomfield: I'm trying to find relatives of my father (Thomas Edward Roberts) who originated from the Lancashire area. There are four generations of Thomad Edward (the eldest son was always named Thomas Edward). I believe my grandfather worked on the railways in Lan'shire, joined the Army, posted to South AFrica and India, where my father and aunt were born. I believe my aunt's name was Connie/Coral and she married a Stanley Lodrick and they had three girls, (Joan, Jean and ? another J). Connie/Coral Lodrick may have emigrated to Australia or settled in the Kent area. This is all very vague I know, but if only I could find the first piece of the jigsaw. Please help. |
