hi im researching my family tree,and have hit a snag i hope someone can help me with.my great grand fathers name was james davies he lived and died in a small welsh village called Llanfoist,near abergavenny.but i have been told he was from shropshire this is where my problem starts,iput all i know about him approx date of birth and death.c 1883-1964. and searched census and got one match but still not 100% sure.so i was hoping that someone out there can help me,they told me he was from a place called bayston hill,with the civil parish of condover and that he was the son of a butcher i have not been able to cooberate this so i was wondering if anyone out there can do so.perhaps they had family in condover who moved to wales ,any help would be great thanx chris
