Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 8 Send Message	My grandfather was John William Moore, born 1883 in Middlesbrough or Durham. I understand that either his father John Moore or his grandfather my gt.gt.Grandfather had come over to north east england from Germany (may even have been interred during ww1). However, believe name may have been MOHR then anglisised to Moore. Does anyone know details of migrations from Germany to NE England in 1800's? My grandfather had a brother Fred and a sister Betty.Thanks.
