Researching Allen family of Cappawhite area of Ireland. William Allen married Sarah Ryan in Cappawhite in 1842. we believe Sarah died in Ireland and William came out to Australia to make his fortune. So far we have found families of their children William(our great grand father) married in warwick Queensland 1872, Jane who married in Ipswich((1871), Queensland, Mary who married in Stanthorpe Queensland(1879),Johanna who also married in Stanthorpe, Queensland in (1875), Corneluis who married in New york USA in 1876 but later migrated to Australia. We know for sure that there was a Bridget and have found nothing on her but also believe there could have been at least one more child looking at dates. They mostly lived around South East Queensland Puga Creek area which is near Ipswich, and Warwick Stanthorpe and Northern New south Wales areas of Glen Innes, Emmaville, Inverell. |
