Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 113 Send Message	I am tracing the ALLEN family who came from Alstonefield (It also spelt Alstonfield!!) in Staffordshire. My Grandfather was HERBERT ALLEN who lived in Stockport, Cheshire and his Father was PERCY ALLEN who was born in Alstonefield and then moved to Manchester. Both his Father and Grandfather were called JOSEPH ALLEN who were both born in Alstonefield. There my trail goes cold - any clues??
