Seeking information on William A. Young b: abt 1871 Egypt and his sister Ellen Young b: abt 1873 Egypt Their Father was Alexander Young b: abt 1837 Kilmarnock, Ayr Scotland. Mother was Eliza Olive Brewitt b: 1846 Paris France d:17 Feb 1929 Eglinton Rd., Glasgow. Alexander and Eliza married about 1869 Egypt. This may be the start of the "Gypsy" myth about the Youngs. Eliza Brewitt's parents were both English. Father Jonathan Brewitt from Bermondsey, London (family originally from Essex) and mother was Eliza Wyborn from Deal in Kent. These families worked on the Suez Canal and in shipping. In 1881 Census this Young Family had left Egypt and were living in Govan Lanarkshire.
