Since posting my message on the 23rd April 2007, I have recently found a Brother of my Mother Vera May Martin Jennings. He was Albert Martin born 16th March 1913 West Ham, died 1989, in Coggeshall Colchester Essex. Master Butcher.
His son was Brian Albert Martin from Sandon Chelmsford Essex. I cannot find Brian and as he would be my first cousin I would love to hear from him. Perhaps he could answer some questions about my Grandparents and my Mother.

My Grandfather WILLIE MARTIN (Master Butcher ) b 1874 Hoxton. Married ETHEL MAY JENNINGS in 1908 in a West Ham Register Office. Living at 2 Maryland Square Stratford. (Ethel b 1880 was from Dover Kent. ) Willie's Father was GEORGE MARTIN also a Master Butcher, had a shop in Islington Middlesex. My Mother VERA MAY MARTIN JENNINGS was born two years before they married - were there any other children? Where did my Grandparents live after Stratford, when did they die and where are they buried ? Can anybody help please ? Regards Elizabeth
