Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 18 Send Message	I am looking for Alexander Walker, who was born in Scotland circa 1833.I do not know what part of Scotland he is from and I am hampered by his very common name. His son, John Walker, who was my great grandfather, was born in Liverpool around 1857. He was listed as John's father on John's marriage certificate and his occupation was given as a baker. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find the correct birth cert. for John as there is no John Walker listed with a father Alexander in the appropriate years. This is one of my brick walls! Any help would be appreciated.
