Member Since: August 2004 Posts: 2 Send Message	My grandfather was Matthew Ward all I know about him is that he died in Mirfield in 1946 aged 76. He lived with my grandma who was Mary Hirst (nee Blackburn). They must not have been married because my father was William Ward Hirst (born 1914). He had half brothers and sisters Harold and Irene who were Hirst and their father was Arthur Hirst. I have been trying to find out more regarding Matthew Ward for over two years but never seem to get any further. Obviously a few skeletons in the cupboard I think.
