Trying to find Wilson

I am trying to trace the ancestors of Elsie Baxter Flinn, who is my paternal grandmother. She was born in Toxteth Park, Liverpool in 1888. Her father was Wilson Ashley Flinn, who was born in Maryport, Cumbria in 1847, and was a marine superintendant and ship's captain, including the commander of a ship called the 'Elizabeth Ostle' between 1888 and 1891. We believe Wilson died quite young in Falmouth. Her mother was Fanny Baxter, who was born in Souterfield, Wigton, Cumberland, in about 1860. Her father, Joseph, was a farmer. Her mother, Elizabeth, later became the innkeeper of the Crown Inn in Maryport, and Elizabeth and her brother Lancelot Baxter helped out. I would be very interested in knowing more about either my Flinn or Baxter relatives. I would particularly like to trace a Daniel Wilson, who was a ship's commander in the 1840s, and a connection with the Senhouse family of Maryport, who, I understand, are relatives.
