Member Since: August 2005 Posts: 12 Send Message	hi there, I am trying to link a certain isaac hill to my family tree and find out more about him than just his name, his son james hill married a patience wood on 14 july 1896, they had 2 children that i know about, josephine edith hill and thomas hill, maybe more? but i actualy think that when the couple james and patience got married in salford, they shortly after went to chicago in america where they had josephine edith, then i am thinking that she came back to england shortly after that and gave birth to thomas without james coming back with her? the reason being is that i cannot find any info on james hill after that time, no records on the 1901 census but i have patience living with her father on the census with her 2 young children? maybe someone out there can shed some light on the subject as i know that on the marriage cert. for the couple, there fathers names are isaac hill and thomas woods! i hope someone knows something , if not i hope this helps someone in there search! regards, joe elwick
