Find Ancestors

Herbert Stanley (b 27/10/14 d 15/08/94) I believe my father was born in Barking, Essex and lived and grew up there. My paternal grandfather was associated with the East India docks, I believe, as a clerk. I have no dates or details; not even his Christian names. I started my tree several months ago, but have found little about my father's relatives, beyond my uncles, aunts and cousins. I don't know any details of either my paternal grandfather, nor my paternal grandmother. My father's brothers and sisters were/are Gladys, (late of Enfield), Dorothy (married name, Hadley); Reginald, (married Betty); Edgar, (Bob) - now living in Nottinghamshire; Edna, (otherwise Frances) and Marjory. (Both these ladies, now deceased were in Catholic orders all of their adult life. Then their was Archie, (father of Jeff and Eileen and late of Harlow area). To the best of my knowledge, Edgar/Bob is the only brother or sister now alive, so I am asking any relatives of these people for their help in obtaining details of my father's parents.
