Trying to find Wright

Hi I am still trying to find information about my maternal grandfather John Thomas Wright (c1896). He married Dorothy Sawyer (c1899) from Sevenoaks, Kent in Reading in 1917 - he was listed as a soldier. his father was John Thomas Wright and was deceased when they married. They had five children, Reginald (known as Jack), born 1917, Dorothy 1919, Gerald 1922, Gwen 1928 and Daphne (my mum, born 1933). Dorothy Ada died in May 1944 but she and John Thomas Wright had already separated and mum was placed in a children's home which is why she is very vague about her father. She knows that he married again to Elsie but does not have any more info. I think he died around 1966 possibly in Tonbridge. Any help greatly appreciated as I am really struggling to find him Jo |
