CALLING ALL TAYLORS OF CORNFORTH Hello hope someone can help. I am looking for information on: John Taylor born 21/07/23 (my Grandfather) in Cornforth Sedgefield County Durham (possible Coxhoe). He had a sister Madge born about 1926 who moved to Australia 40/50 years ago. Another sister was Mary Isobel (known to us as Molly) born about 1921 also of Sedgefield. I beleive their father was also named John Taylor and mother Elizabeth Hewitson. When John Taylor (senior) died Elizabeth married his brother William Taylor I understand they moved from County Durham to Leeds and had a daughter Elizabeth born about 1932. My mother tells me that there are a lot of siblings of John Taylor (senior) so hopefully someone may get in touch if any of this rings a bell with someone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
