Trying to find Robertson

I am trying to find information about my fathers family. He was Gordon Robertson b. Warrington, 1923 died 2000. Youngest brother of James Robertson ? where he was born and Sarah Winifred Robertson - now all deceased - at the end of thier lives all lived in north Staffordshire. Their parents were Lydia Robertson (nee Avis) and Grenville Robertson (? middle name James). I am told that Grenville and Lydia separated when Gordon was young (? year) and that Grenville went on to have another son with his new partner (? wife) - I believe this son was named Ian. I am told that they lived in Shropshire (? where and ? still alive). Also this family have relations in Australia - mainly in New South Wales - connection David Robertson (? brother of Grenville - now deceased). I would like to trace any of this family and their decendants - any information please? Heather Robertson |
