I am trying to locate Ward descendants of John Ward, 1834, and Ann Cleaver, 1835, in Hinckley and Leicester.
They had seven children:
John 1862
Elizabeth 1864
William 1867
Alfred 1870
George 1873
Louisa 1876
Arthur 1878

I have them in the 1901 census,

Looking for family in Leicester area:
Any Cleaver connected to John 1800 and Ann Jackson 1812,
who had seven children, William, John, Ann, Thomas, George, James and Charlotte.
Ann Cleaver married John Ward and had seven children, John, Elizabeth,William,Alfred, George, Louisa, and Arthur.
In the 1901 census, John was 67 yrs old, and a Beerhouse Keeper in Wyggeston, Leicester.
Ann Cleaver was 66 yrs, son Alfred was 30 yrs, general labourer- George 28 yrs shoe finisher, Arthur 23 yrs shoe rivetter, married to Mary 29 yrs and they had a daughter, Ethel Ward, 8 yrs old. Son, John was 40 yrs , Hosiery trimmer,married to Sarah Ann 36 yrs-children were John 13 yrs Alfred 9 yrsWally (daughter) 7 yrs, Edith 5 yrs, Charles 4 yrs and Walter newborn.
They lived at 59 Benford st.
William Ward, 34 yrs, Hosiery Rotary Gib Hand, marr: Harriet 36 yrs, children were Nellie 10 yrs Eva M. 1 yr. They lived at 165 Brandon St.
I think surnames Silverwood, Mason and possibly Parker are attached to John and Ann's family but haven't verified it yet!
