He may have been born in London any time from 1790 to 1836. Only firm information is that he was a Publican, deceased by October 1875. The name of his wife is also unknown. Except for my G.Grandfather, also William Allen b1854 in Islington London who was a bootmaker I have not yet found any siblings but would expect there were more. If any of the following should sound like a connection in any way will you please contact me as the search has been going on for a good few years. My G.
