I am trying to find more about my Grandmother Sarah Moore. Born approx 1888. Died age 58 in 1946. I know her Father was called Edward and that he was a Steel Tube Drawer. They lived in the West Midlands area. My Gran moved to Leeds with my Grandfather Frank Shellard from Selly Oak Birmingham. They married in 1914. I know that by this time Edward was not living. I cannot trace my Grandmothers birth and I do not know her Mothers name. but I think it could have been Margaret. I think that the family may have originated from Ireland. Sarah may have had an older brother called William, but I am unsure.If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. Thank you Julie Richardson (nee Shellard) Leeds 21/11/06 |
