My mother was born Florence Louise Thomas 1918 at 26 Hatfield Street Holborn London. On her birth certificate it doesn't say the fathers name. Her mother was Elizabeth Catherine Thomson born 1887. It also say's on my mothers birth certificate in the presence of grandmother M.A.Thomson. Has anyone got any information regarding my mother? she died in 1967 . I think she might have been adopted but have no idea about her childhood. Did anyone out there know her? I would be very grateful for any information please. Her best friend was a Reverend Wilton Noel McCann, who was head director of the N.S.P.C.C. from 1946-1954. Regards Brenda Williams (Ward) |
