I am trying to trace my GG/F JOHN THOMAS MARTIN born circa 1857 he Married a MARY JANE DOWEL 16 June 1884 they were Married at Lower Sydenham Kent he Died in 1929 in Poplar London. I am looking for his birth place? or his parents. He was known as Jack and was the captain of a cricket team(unknown) and they called him Captain Jack. Cristal Palace has been mentioned?.
