I am trying to find more information on a John C Davis. The 1851 and 1861 England Census has him born in Bradford, Wiltshire, England He moved to Leeds, Yorkshire, England where he married Caroline Asquith in 1832. His children were - Jane Davis b. 1833 circa Mary Davis b. 1836 circa Caroline Davis b. 1840 circa Alfred Davis b. 1845 circa Ann Davis b. 1847 circa John Davis b. 1852 circa All born in the Leeds area They moved again to Bishopwearmouth, Sunderland, Durham, England between 1851 - 1861. He died in 1871 in Sunderland. We have no information about his birth or parents. Can anyone help? |
