CLARENCE WHO WAS A BUTLER AND LIVED IN BLYTHE NORTHUMBERLAND. HE DIED AFTER 1974 BUT WHEN I DONT KNOW WHEN. I THINK HE WAS A GREAT UNCLE OF MINE AND I VISITED HIM ONCE in circa 1974 WITH MY MUM JOAN THELMA NEE BROWN(born 1928 in Blythe to Bertha Ann (nee Hird) and John Brown. Basically I have nothing on John Brown my grandfather except that he married Bertha a yorkshire girl and they lived in blythe where they had my mum and my aunt Lily, Uncle Ronnie and Uncle John. Clarence Im sure was a Brown - he looks the same as my dad with ginger wirey hair - which he still had as an old man in 1974 Clarence is my only lead - so DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY RETIRED OR RECENTLY DECEASED BUTLERS NAMED CLARENCE IN BLYTHE?????? I HAVE A PHOTO OF HIM IN HIS BUTLER UNIFORM WHEN HE WAS VERY YOUNG |
