I'm looking for relatives of my (deceased) grandfather Daniel Watson. I don't have a lot of information about him but here goes: Born around 1890 in Farnworth, Lancashire. Married Mary Ellen Lane (nee Enwistle - he was her second husband) and lived in Felling, Gateshead. Had one child by this marriage - Margaret (known as Queenie). I was told that he used to box and that after losing a leg in a mining accident he became a masseur. His parents could have been Mark and Harriet. He had a relation (brother, cousin?) who was killed in a car accident many years ago on the way to Appleby Horse Fair! Does any of this mean anything to anyone? Thanks in advance. |
