Mr Gr Grandmother was bn Mary Davies 1851. Census differ on place that she was born.some say Radnorshire,Shropshire,Monmouth and Montgomery.Mary was the daughter of a Thomas Davies,mother's name unknown.Mary married my Gr Grandfather George Morris on 23/10/1871 in the parish of Clun,Shropshire.Witness's William Jones & Ann Morris.George's father was also called Thomas, George and Mary had the following children.Mary Jane,Thomas,Alice,Charles,Richard,EDITH ANNIE (my Grandmother), Kate Louisa,Eleanor Ethel.All this children where bn in Clun or Lydbury North,Shropshire.I would be most grateful for any help locating info on this family |
