Roberts family, Bristol, St Judes in 1800s, pipemakers. Any information would be very welcome.

Hi Christine,

I saw your posting from 2 years ago. I have a variety of information suggesting that I might be related to pipepmakers in Bristol in the early and mid 1800's but I have not been able to completely verify anything so we may be able to help each other.

I DO know that my great grandfather WILLIAM HENRY ROBERTS was born in Clifton in 1871 and he married EMILY PAUL. William's father may have been GEORGE ROBERTS born 1840ish.

Even if it is only to eliminate possibilities - I think we should swap notes.....
